PRODUCT & TARGET MARKETS:
 Revolutionary, technology for the application and use in the following field:
1. Disaster medicine (Field-use)
2. EMS (Emergence medicine system) / (Pre-hospital use)
3. ED, Neuro Surgery (Hospital-use)
4. Military (Field-use)

POSITION SCOPE:
The role of VP of Business Development (VPBD) is a critical role for the growth of the Company. There is considerable potential to grow the current market share worldwide with both new and existing distributors and customer accounts. This growth will come both from geographical expansion and from developing our sales networks in existing markets. The VPBD will be responsible for maximizing our sales revenue in the Americas and meet the sales target define by the board through a network of international sales agents as well as developing direct customer accounts with existing and new customers. The position will involve a high degree of international travel. The role is suited to a confident, and organized, sales professional, who has worked in a similar role in the related field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for business development in the US Military medical market, Latin America and Canada.
2. Develop business plan and strategy for multiple target markets that ensures attainment of company regional sales goal and profitability.
3. Initiates, coordinates and implements action plans by team for developing & establishing the regional distribution network.
4. Provide monthly report of the sales progress and forecast to CEO regarding sales performance.
5. Maintains accurate records of all international pricings, sales and activity reports.
6. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
7. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
8. Insures that all sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
9. Maintains contact with all distributors and customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
10. Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
11. Designs, recommends and implements international sales and marketing programs.
12. Sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
14. Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales.
15. Support global agents with technical, project and marketing information
16. Develop business relationships with international key customers
17. Works with HR and Legal to develop international sales contracts in foreign markets,
18. Work closely with the Project, Design, Marketing and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis
19. Lead and Coordinate all international shipping, distribution and delivery with
Supply Chain group.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in an international sales environment.
Experience with related medical devices products and industry is a must. Experience in emergency medical field is an advantage.
7+ yrs international experience with an emphasis on international business development combined with US military market and sales & marketing required. Managing indirect channels and appointing distributors experience is a must.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Technologically advanced and oriented. Must have above average computer and technical skills to navigate the communication barriers of frequent international travel.
Strong communication and overall fluent English and Spanish presentation skills and a thorough knowledge of various international cultures.
Customer service oriented and organized.
The proven ability to hire, build, and lead successful sales teams.
Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships with individuals and groups and a desire to improve these talents.
