About the Career Opportunity:  A client of ours a Global medical device and Materials  established company is looking for a Product Manager.

Job Summary: Developing and executing downstream marketing activities in support of the product line. Participate in the new product development process and contribute to design inputs and validation of design outputs, and commercial launch activities and post-launch marketing activities.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 In conjunction with Product Marketing Director and Manager of Marketing Communications develop and execute integrated marketing plans to support new product launches and drive sales of existing products. Support materials can include but not be limited to ads, brochures, flyers, direct mail, package stuffers, website content, e-mail blasts, technique manuals, ordering guides, instructional videos, animations, social media content, and advertisements.

Participate in New Product Development (NPD) teams and work closely with Director of Technical Marketing & Clinical Affairs by contributing design inputs to new product development projects, helping to validate designs by organizing marketing evaluations of new products, and preparing forecasts, launch plans and activities to support cross-functional NPD teams.

 Lead internal cross-functional teams for the development and launch of private-label product offerings to expand the product portfolio. Responsibilities include working with supplier and internal teams to finalize new contracts and supplier quality requirements. Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Regulatory) to create and finalize product specifications, packaging, and labeling.

 Generate post-market surveillance studies on newer products to ensure product is performing to expectations. Present this data at key Management Review Meetings. Use the outcome of such studies to suggest product improvements or line extensions.

Support the product portfolio as required with targeted primary market research. Maintain up-todate knowledge of global mark

 Develop and help manage relationships with clinician consultants and clinical advisors. Leverage these relationships to review key marketing materials and to develop marketing content to include instructional videos, clinical case reports, and product presentations.
 Monitor, review and report on marketing initiatives and product portfolio results using objective reporting wherever possible. Support Product Marketing Director with content for Board of Directors meetings, executive staff meetings, and quarterly management meetings.

 Specifically looking for Consumables (composites, cements, temp materials, adhesives, etc.) Product Management experience.  MUST have upstream (New Product Development/product launch/portfolio management experience) and downstream experience (Go to market activities, product training, promotions, etc.)

 Ability to engage in a modest amount of travel – estimated at 10-15%.
