The National Accounts Manager position reports into the Director of Sales (domestic). He/she manages key relationships throughout the United States including Large dental accounts
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Learn and execute our sales and marketing strategies and develop long-term relationships with Dental Service Organizations.

Develop comprehensive account penetration business plans and execute on those plans to acquire new business
Utilize expertise, consultative selling skills, pipeline, structured account penetration plan and internal resources, and establish new business relationships with key contacts
Grow a set % of national accounts on an annual basis
Co-create and implement samplers to be offered to accounts
Offer new products to key dental accounts
Negotiates pricing and discounts consistent with guidelines
Participates in local and national trade associations and conferences
Submit reports to the Director of Sales on a monthly, quarterly or on an as-needed basis
Control expenses and manage budget within monthly AOP guidelines
BS/BA degree or 5+ years of dental experience selling to DSO.
7+ years of selling B2B specialty products to medical professionals directly
Ability to partner internally with management to implement sales incentives
Ability to travel 50% or more to ensure ensure visibility with key accounts, attend tradeshows, and
conduct training
Know the key players and contacts in the dental industry.
Proficiency using CRM to manage territory
Ability to use MS office suite (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Excellent presentation skills and track record of success (repeat President’s Club winner or similar
national award)
Superior communication and sharp thinking skills with the ability to transform complex topics into simple
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to develop on-going professional relationships with customers
Possesses excellent organizational skills to effectively plan and prioritize to exceed goals
Ability to empower, establish, and build rapport at all levels
Proven ability to interpret customer data and create financially sensible sales offers
Must possess a valid driver's license
